Cranberry Sauce: 2 oz. Per Person
Appetizers: 2 Per Person

Charcuterie: As Follows
Meat: 2-3 oz. Per Person
Cheese: 2 oz, Per Person

Grazing Board: As Follows
Fruits & Berries: 2-3 oz. Per Person
Vegetables: 2-3 oz. Per Person
Nuts: 1 oz.

Dessert Pies and Cakes:
1 Slice Per Person
Cookies: 4 – 5 Cookies Per Person
