TREK
``A long arduous journey``
Born and raised in one of the toughest boroughs of New York City, Da’Bronx, NY. As a child, Warren was surrounded by two very loving and culturally driven families and cuisines, Italian and Puerto Rican “Cocina Criolla.” These cuisines inspired him to cook and bake his way through life no matter what was thrown at him. Having to put his dreams on hold to raise his family, Warren soaked up the world and knowledge surrounding him, working in the customer service industry for 15 years followed by professional truck driver and trainer for another 10 years. When Warren moved to California in 2017, with all his children raised, little would stand in his way to succeed. Warren started his culinary trek by enrolling in Saddleback College’s diverse selection of culinary courses and graduating at the top of his class with honors.
With only three years of culinary training, along with three years of practical hands-on experience, he excelled at every restaurant opportunity he entered, moving his way up the line and off it. Chef Warren’s hunger for knowledge turned his attention to French pastries, and started to make French mousses and pastries at Palace Bakery in Laguna Hills, CA. By the time Chef Warren graduated in 2021 amidst the Covid19 pandemic, he had successfully learned several cuisines, baking and pastry skills that will stay with him forever.
Chef Warren has worked hard to be the best and these are the traits he will use to ensure you have an amazing and memorable experience by bringing people together to Live, Laugh and Love: Insieme, “Together we break bread!”
