Rates are based on one (1) individual staff member at the per hour rate for their assigned duty!
A minimum of four (4) hours for staffing is required for any catering or event.
Event Timing Explanation
Every event is timed differently based on the clients’ criteria and guest count. When a staff member is assigned, the expectation is at the very least (30 Minutes to 1 Hour) for setup and 2 hours of actual service, followed by (30 minutes to 1 hour) for teardown and cleanup.
This is in no way a set rule but a loose guideline of what is to be expected from staff based on their assigned duty. Times will vary depending on the size of the event. If the event runs slightly shorter, the minimum is still for the agreed upon specified time regardless of finish time adhering to the (4) four-hour minimum. For events that run longer than the expected established end time, the invoice amount will reflect the additional time exceeded at the rate for the staff members assigned duty rate.
